February is Heart Health month (not to mention Valentine's Day)!  In this issue you will find information on factors that increase your risk for heart disease, including family history, some heart healthy gift ideas for your sweetie on Valentine's Day, and Go Red Day for women's health.  This issue also touches on the subject of adoption and ways that people who were adopted can get information regarding their family health history.
